Help, my head is full

Too many thoughts, too many ideas, too many questions...

Have you ever had a day where you feel your head spins because of too many thoughts?! That's my day today...

I tried to  go for a walk earlier, but that didn't help. I've watched a really good movie, and that helped for about 2 hours. But now when the movie is over, I'm back to where I started.

Don't know what I would have done without Sister Hazel and their music. Whenever I need to get my head back on track, Sister Hazel is (always) the answer!
